Please read and accept the terms and conditions: # Terms of Service This Terms of Service document, together with any documents expressly referred to within it, outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the services provided by **WarzoneAgent**. These Terms of Service, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of WarzoneAgent’s services, website, applications, software, and related content, collectively referred to as the “Services” or “Service.” By using WarzoneAgent, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. --- ## 1. Acceptance By accessing or using the Content or Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself or those you represent, to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WarzoneAgent, including WarzoneAgent Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. By creating an account to use our Services, you confirm that: * You are at least eighteen (18) years of age; or * You are a valid legal entity; and * The registration information you provide is accurate and complete. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this page. WarzoneAgent does not break Activision’s Terms of Service or its cheating and abuse policies. We do not manipulate the memory of users’ systems, attempt to circumvent anti-cheat software, interfere with game files or system files, or access any data that we have not been given explicit rights to obtain from third parties or Activision itself. --- ## 2. Modification of Terms WarzoneAgent may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. If you continue to use WarzoneAgent’s Services, Content, Site, Apps, or Software after any changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms will be available on the Site. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of current rules and obligations. Notification of any core changes to these Terms may be provided to subscribers by email or through an update on the Site. Your continued use of the Content or Services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. --- ## 3. Privacy Policy Due to the nature of the Services provided, WarzoneAgent may hold, store, use, and collect certain data, including DNS queries, email addresses, and payment-related information. During registration, we may collect certain personal information, such as your email address and payment information. We only collect the information necessary to allow you to register for and use our Site and Services. For clarity and transparency, information relating to data collection and data handling is provided in a separate document known as the Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site. Please review the Privacy Policy in full to understand how we handle your data. --- ## 4. Subscriptions WarzoneAgent Services are available after registration on the Site. By subscribing to the Services and completing payment, you agree to become a subscriber, referred to as a “Subscriber,” for the subscription period you have selected. All payments are made in United States Dollars. A full list of subscription plans and pricing is available on the Site. WarzoneAgent and WarzoneAgent Ltd. reserve the right to amend subscription fees or introduce new fees at any time, provided reasonable advance notice is posted on the Site or sent by email. Any pricing changes will not affect your current subscription period and will become effective upon subscription renewal. Subscription purchases and refunds are handled by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. A $3 processing fee may apply to refund requests, and you will be liable for this fee where applicable. Subscriptions for PC users are available on monthly or yearly plans. By default, auto-renewal is enabled. This product does not work on macOS or gaming consoles, including PlayStation or Xbox consoles. This software is for PC only. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at: https://WarzoneAgent.com Each paid subscription grants access to one WarzoneAgent account. If you wish to use the Services on more than one device at the same time, you must purchase additional subscription plans. --- ## 5. Refund Policy WarzoneAgent does not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. Our Service streams data through our API and, as such, we consider the Service exempt from standard refund requirements under applicable digital-service rules. If you do not agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, you should not purchase this product. We do not process refunds for mistaken purchases or for users who did not read the product description and later claim they did not understand what they were purchasing. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you are unhappy with our products or Services. You may cancel easily from within your account. If you forget to cancel your subscription, WarzoneAgent is not responsible for that failure and will not provide refunds for such circumstances. --- ## 6. Acceptable Use Policy WarzoneAgent Services may be accessed from various locations around the world. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Site, Apps, Software, or Services complies with local laws and regulations. Whenever you use the Site, Apps, Software, or Services, you must comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You are responsible for keeping your WarzoneAgent account information and password confidential. Any attempt to share your login information may result in a ban from the Services and forfeiture of any right to a refund, due to breach of these Terms. WarzoneAgent aims to provide the best possible service to all Subscribers. For that reason, you must not misuse our Content or Services. Misuse includes any use, access, or interference with the Content or Services that is contrary to these Terms or applicable laws and regulations. To protect the Services from misuse or harmful activity, WarzoneAgent reserves the right to take appropriate action where the Services are used contrary to these Terms or applicable law. You agree that WarzoneAgent may terminate your account without providing a refund for Services already paid for if you misuse the Service, attempt to share your account details, or share our Software with unauthorized individuals. When using our Services, you agree not to: * Send or transmit unsolicited advertisements or content, including spam, through the Service. * Send, post, or transmit any content through the Service that is illegal, hateful, threatening, insulting, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or that incites violence. * Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted or proprietary content without first obtaining permission from the owner. * Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute content involving sexual or explicit depictions of minors. * Engage in conduct that restricts or prevents any other Subscriber from using or enjoying the Service. * Attempt to access, probe, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization, including any form of hacking. * Attempt to compile, use, or distribute a list of IP addresses operated by WarzoneAgent in connection with the Service. * Use the Service for anything other than lawful purposes. * Share your account details with another party. Your account may be deleted without a refund if you attempt to share your account details. --- ## 7. License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WarzoneAgent grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to download and use the WarzoneAgent Software. You must not modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Software in any way not expressly authorized by WarzoneAgent. Use of any material subject to WarzoneAgent’s intellectual property rights is prohibited unless you have received explicit written consent from WarzoneAgent. Each license is granted on a per-person basis. Any attempt to share your account information may result in the loss of your account and may void any right to a refund. --- ## 8. Language and Translation of Content All Content was originally written in English. Any translation of our Content is provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of translated Content. In the event of any discrepancy between translated Content and the English version, the English version shall prevail. --- ## 9. Third-Party Websites WarzoneAgent may provide access to content belonging to third parties, referred to as “Third Parties,” or links to third-party websites. WarzoneAgent and WarzoneAgent Ltd. are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, terms, or policies of third-party websites or services, as they are not under the control or supervision of WarzoneAgent. Your access to any third-party website, service, or content through our Services does not imply any relationship, endorsement, or partnership between WarzoneAgent and those Third Parties. --- ## 10. Partner Services WarzoneAgent may, from time to time, provide access to or promotional offers for partner services, applications, or websites, referred to as “Partner Services,” as an additional benefit to the Service. Partner Services are not integrated into or incorporated with the Service. Your interaction with any Partner Services is governed by their own applicable terms and policies. WarzoneAgent, its partners, and its owners will never share your personal information with any provider of Partner Services without proper authorization. WarzoneAgent may occasionally send you emails regarding offers and services that it believes may be of interest to you. Disclaimers WarzoneAgent will strive to prevent interruptions to the Site and Services. However, the Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant, expressly or impliedly, the accuracy of any materials or information provided through the Site or Service, or their suitability for any particular purpose. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that: * The Services will meet your requirements. * The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. * Any defects will be corrected. * Data received through the Service will always be accurate, complete, or timely. You acknowledge that you access the Site and Services at your sole risk and discretion. Website coverage, speeds, server locations, and service quality may vary. WarzoneAgent will attempt to make the Service available at all times. However, the Service may be unavailable due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission issues, equipment problems, network limitations, interference, or signal strength. The Service may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages that are lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected due to interruptions or performance issues with the Service, communication services, or networks. We may impose usage limits, suspend Service, terminate user accounts, or block certain types of usage at our sole discretion in order to protect Subscribers and the Service. WarzoneAgent reserves the right to investigate matters that we consider to be violations of these Terms. We may, but are not obligated to, remove, block, filter, or restrict any materials or information that we consider to be actual or potential violations of these Terms, or any activity that may expose WarzoneAgent or its customers to liability. WarzoneAgent and WarzoneAgent Ltd. disclaim any and all liability for any failure to prevent such materials or information from being transmitted through the Service or into your computing device. --- ## 12. Limitation of Liability WarzoneAgent shall not be liable or responsible to any Subscriber or other individual for any loss or damage arising from: * Any failure or interruption of the Site or Service. * Any act or omission of any Third Party involved in making the Site, Service, or data available to you. * Any other cause relating to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use any portion of the Site or its Content. * Your interactions on the Site or through the Service. * Payment processing fees or administrative fees related to issuing a refund. * Any inaccuracy in the data provided to users through our website or API. * Deletion of your WarzoneAgent account for breach of these Terms. * Your failure to comply with this Agreement. * Any actions resulting from the use of our products on your devices. * Being banned from Discord for breaking Discord’s rules. * The cost of procuring substitute goods or services. * Use of the Discord application. * Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. This applies whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such loss or damage were within the control of WarzoneAgent, WarzoneAgent Ltd., or any vendor providing software, services, or support for the Site or Service. In no event shall WarzoneAgent, its brands, owners, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers, or employees be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages of any kind, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The above limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. --- ## 13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WarzoneAgent, its officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, suppliers, affiliates, shareholders, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Content or Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement. We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. Our assumption of such defense or control shall not excuse any of your indemnification obligations. --- ## 14. Disputes Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be dealt with in a timely manner. --- ## 15. Choice of Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. --- ## 16. Final Provisions If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law and, as closely as possible, to reflect the original intent of the provision. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by WarzoneAgent to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
